Can I Cancel My Order?:

If the order is not shipped the order can be cancelled immediately, If the order has already shipped, once the item is delivered a refund will be process once the item is shipped back.

How Long Will Shipping Take?:

Be advised shipping can take up to 1-3 weeks until the package is delivered at your door.

Return and Exchange Policy 

Glitter Crystals and Sage dose not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. Please contact us via email if you have any problems with your order, glittercrystalsandsage@gmail.com.

 

 

Shipping Policy

 Shipping available within Canada and the United States.

 $15 flat shipping on orders over $100 CAD

 Processing times are around 1-5 business days for local orders and 2-6 business days for all other orders.

Processing times may be subject to change due to the high volume of orders or other external factors.  

 Free pickup Available in Ottawa, Ontario

 Shipping rates are calculated by the location at which the package is being sent, the package size, and the package weight.

 International orders may be subject to paying their country's customs/import fees. 

Glitter Crystals and Sage is not responsible to pay for any customs fees/duty/taxes/COD charges/import fees/etc. that you may be charged. 

 Shipping Carrier - Canada Post 

US Shipping 

US orders are shipped through Canada Post. 

US orders may be subject to pay their country's import fees, duty, taxes, brokerage fees, or other fees. These fees are not set by Glitter Crystals and Sage, but are set by your home Country's government as per import/export regulations and are charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.

Glitter Crystals and Sage are not responsible to pay for any customs fees/duty/taxes/COD charges/import fees/etc. that you may be charged. 

Free/Discounted Shipping Conditions

 In order to be eligible for free shipping, your carts total must reach $100 CAD before taxes.

 Expedited shipping is available and can be added/ calculated upon checkout. Please note, expedited shipping expedites only the shipping service, not our order processing times.

Free Pickup 

 Free pickup available in Ottawa, Ontario

We will email you once your order has been processed and packaged to arrange the pickup/delivery location and time.      

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please take pictures of your parcel both before and after you open it. We will need these photos to file an insurance claim with our shipping currier. After receiving the photos of the damaged item(s), we will issue you a store credit or send you replacement item(s).

If by chance, you receive items you did not order, please contact us immediately so we can send you the correct items.

Lost Shipment

If your package gets lost in the mail system please contact us and we will file a claim with the shipping company. Glitter Crystals and Sage is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If we win the claim for the lost and/or stolen shipment we will refund you in full. If we do not win the claim Glitter Crystals and Sage cannot issue a refund, but we will send over a shop credit for you to use on our website.
